![]() ![]() This will pull up only the actual playlists. I may need some more folks’ help when it comes time to put all these into the Wayback Machine, and I’ll post about it then if so :) How To Extract Playlist URLs:ġ) Do a keyword search on 8tracks, then scroll to the very bottom of the page (so that all playlists have loaded and actually appeared on the page).Ģ) Use a link-extracter plugin (like this one for Chrome) to extract all the links on the page.ģ) Filter for links with the word “play” in them. So far the folks at Archive Team volunteers have compiled playlist URLs for a number of Star Wars tags (message me if you want to know which ones to avoid duplicating!), so if you want to save playlist info from any other fandom tags (or other tags like ‘autumn’), please let me know when you’ve completed the process below for as many tags as you want, and I’ll send you the edit link for the Google Sheets workbook I’m compiling! Here are their instructions, which I lightly adapted and added screenshots from going through this process for the ‘Nyota Uhura’ tag.ĮTA: meeedeee, who gave me this info, is actually a fandom volunteer rather than on the Archive Team.
